Returns

You can return an item that you ordered on www.aquadefender.nl orders placed within 30 days can be returned.

1. Repack the product in the original packaging.
2. Download the return/exchange form, fill it out, and include it with your package.
3. Send a return request to info@aquadefender.nlYou will receive a return label from us; stick this on the package. You can now return your package via a PostNL point.
4. Your money will be refunded to the account you used to make the purchase.
